Tom Sieminski, MA, is the Founder and President of TEAM Pest Control, Inc. 1993- present. Leading the company into the next generation, Tom and his nephews perform all phases of pest control from Montauk to Atlantic City. Specializing in sensitive accounts for many years and giving "white-glove" service, the company has recently gained government clearances to work in the IRS, Social Security Administration offices, municipalities and the FBI headquarters.

Tom received his BA in biology from Providence College in 1970.He then received his MA in biology from LIU, C.W.Post in 1976.

Tom started his  career teaching regents biology in St. John the Baptist Diocesan HS 1971-1975.

He then taught biology, chemistry and college marine science,and coached boys' basketball in Smithtown HS 1975-2003, where he won Teacher of the Year 17 years in a row,was inducted into Who's Who in American Educators, twice, Disney Teacher of the Year Nominee, Suffolk County JV basketball Coach of the year 1987-1993 and retired in '03.

Tom has two beautiful daughters, Erin and Meagan, and lives with his trusty golden retriever in quiant Sayville, NY.

Greg Schneider, BS (Tom's godson) is an owner/operator and joined TEAM Pest Control, Inc. in 2007, after spending 11 years in corporate America in NYC. Greg is certified in all phases of pest control and concentrates his efforts in TEAM's New Jersey accounts as well as Manhattan and Long Island. Greg is the chief canine handler for "Fern," our new certified bed bug detection dog.

Greg earned his degree in criminal justice and psychology at Marist College in 1997. While at Marist, he was a two year Captain of the men's lacrosse team, and was awarded pre-season Div. I All-American Honorable Mention honors in '96-97. He currently resides in lovely Manasquan, New Jersey with his two sons, Matthew and Kieran, and the TEAM dog, "Fern."

Ryan Schneider, MA (Greg's younger brother) is an owner/ operator of TEAM Pest Control, Inc. since 2007. Ryan is fully certified in all phases of pest control. He manages residential contracts and assists with both commercial and restaurant accounts from New Jersey to Manhattan and Long Island.

A former college professor, Ryan received a BA from St. Joseph's College in '04, where he played men's basketball. He received an MA in Leadership and Public Administration from Centenary College in New Jersey in '07. He was an assistant men's basketball coach at CW Post '08-10.

He currently resides with his wife, Lauren in beautiful Massapequa Park, NY.

"Fern" is the newest member of TEAM. She is a toy fox terrier born in '09 and purchased  in March 2011. She was trained for 1000 hours at the Ironheart Canine Training Academy in Kansas City, Missouri. She is a certified bed bug detection canine. This means she can detect a single live bed bug or bed bug egg. "Fern" trains twice a day, everyday to keep her sharp and focused on finding bed bugs. Tom and Greg were trained with her, but Greg cares for her on a daily basis and performs the majority of searches with dependable "Fern."
