<p style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;">In the late 1980's Tom Sieminski was teaching high school biology and chemistry in Smithtown, New York, and investing in rental houses. With rentals came landlord responsibilities (and landlord problems). Pest problems were inevitable so Tom hired a friend to control the pests. Tom asked his friend if he could teach him the business, but the answer was "No"…but with reason. Tom’s friend indicated, "You need to take a course and get your license. But you're a pretty bright guy, so go take a class and get your license!"</p>
